Visiting this site leaves the IP address, time, page and browser in our server log. We keep it for seven days to operate and protect the site and then erase it.

Messages you send us, with your contact details, are kept while we deal with them and for related follow-up, and are not shared without your agreement.

Learner data for providers

The training provider is responsible for its learners' data. We process name, address, enrolled course and lesson progress on its instructions and only for delivering the course.

Progress and delivery data

We record which lesson was delivered, opened or completed, so the next one is released at the right time. You can object to open tracking; the course then continues on a fixed schedule.

Unsubscribed addresses

An address that left a course or the list is kept on a list of exclusions, so that a later re-import cannot re-enrol it.

Nothing from third parties

No cookies, no analytics, no fonts or scripts from foreign servers are used on this site.

Your rights

You may obtain information about your data, have it corrected or erased, limit its processing, take it with you in a portable format, object to processing and withdraw consent; you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
